Riley Development Academy is pleased to announce its 17th summer training program, beginning Wednesday, June 24, and running for six consecutive weeks. RDA’s Crash Academy combines footskills and small-sided games in 1-hour and 15-minute sessions. The first 15 minutes are a focused warm-up emphasizing speed and agility, followed by 30 minutes of footskills training, and concluding with 30 minutes of small-sided games (2v2, 3v3, 4v4, etc.).
